Cocooned’s Pricing Policy
Our website displays all prices and offers in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
All orders shipped within Australia, currently will not be charged GST, and no other tax will be applied. The displayed prices and offers on our website at time of your order will be honoured.
Overseas customers (outside of Australia) on purchasing our products, will be charged the final price calculated in accordance with the exchange rate, upon final processing of the transaction.

Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.
If for any reason you need to contact us about your order, please do so immediately via email at email@example.com – we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If a return or exchange has been agreed upon, proof of purchase will be required, and goods must be returned in original, brand new, unwashed, unused, resalable condition with tags.
Please note: return shipping for exchanged goods is the responsibility of the customer, and we highly recommend that any items returned to Cocooned® have tracking.
Cocooned® will not be responsible for any exchanges that go missing.
Any refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment (other than at a pop up stall). Refund payment may take up to 10 business days to be received.
Discounts and codes for other businesses
cocooned.com.au will at times provide discount codes and coupon codes for other businesses. Cocooned® takes no responsibility for the working or terms associated with these codes. If you are experiencing difficulties with certain codes, you need to contact the company responsible directly.
