Well it’s been a little over a week now since we emerged from our cocoon! We have been overwhelmed by the wonderfully supportive and positive response from this community. It has taken us a little while to get to this point, however there have been some amazing people behind us all the way.
After launching, we’ve had to pinch ourselves on more than one occasion. Seeing our clothing finally out there, making a difference to children and their families has been the best part of this whole process by far.
Last week we received this feedback and photo from mum Aimee:
This is Aria wearing the cocooned t-shirt. It’s actually for her little sister for heart surgery at the beginning of next year, but it’s come in handy this week while little miss has been in hospital with pneumonia. No risk of line infections from disconnecting, threading clothes and reconnecting. No itchy tags, easy snaps, and soft natural material. We love it! Thanks cocooned!
Thank you so much for sharing Aimee, and we hope Aria is feeling much better now.
We’ve had further positive feedback as well as questions from people asking about a range of adaptive clothing for adults, extra features on our current range and even suggestions for new items. We certainly have more products in the works and cannot wait to share those with you too.
Along with our launch, we have also started looking for stockists. We’re looking for stores within or close to hospitals. If you know of a store or are interested in becoming a stockist of Cocooned® clothing, we’d love to hear from you. A list of stockists will be made available on the website shortly.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us in getting to this point, as we have emerged from our cocoon, we have truly watched our dream come true.
